About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering optimized content that supports business objectives within the Customer Business element of ScottishPower.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver optimized content that supports business objectives within the Customer Business element of ScottishPower
• Collaborate with the Content Strategist and wider marketing team to develop content strategies and create content that delivers commercial results
• Lead the delivery of content strategy that inspires existing customers and intrigues new ones, telling the brand story and painting the picture of product offerings
• Support the development of SEO strategy and monitor content performance using tracking and measurement software

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a content creator across various platforms with ability to create content and guide others
• Knowledge and experience managing content for social media and web platforms with ability to guide online content strategy
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and key measurement approach using Google Analytics and SEMRush (or similar) software
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with ability to research and recommend content plans
• Time-management and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple initiatives
