What you will drive
- Lead the implementation of a regional strategy for Southeast Asia, working with diverse partners to develop organizational presence, mobilize coalitions, and influence funding strategies and policy outcomes.
- Support the development and management of a grantmaking portfolio, identifying and strengthening institutional capacity of partners and the climate ecosystem in the region.
- Develop grant recommendations and bring stakeholders together to accelerate energy transition across Southeast Asia.
- Leverage and scope key networks with peer organizations, government officials, civil society, and key stakeholders to assess emerging needs, gaps, and opportunities.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition in Southeast Asia by strategically deploying philanthropic resources, strengthening the climate ecosystem, and driving funder coordination to achieve rapid emissions reductions and avoid dangerous climate tipping points.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Broad Southeast Asia experience with a good understanding of renewable energy systems or climate mitigation, and international and regional climate diplomacy.
- Proven government engagement experience and capacity to disseminate complex and technical information.
- Program management experience with strong networking and influencing skills across diverse and senior stakeholders.
- Native fluency in an Asian language preferred; strong English language skills required.
