Mission
What you will drive
- Write and manage grants: plan, draft, edit, and submit 8-10 high-quality deliverables monthly including letters of inquiry, grant proposals, grant reports, concept papers, and donor cultivation materials.
- Identify and research funding opportunities: conduct targeted research to identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporations aligned to each partner's mission.
- Develop and lead strategy: build and own institutional fundraising plans for each partner, facilitate strategy sessions, and monitor performance dashboards.
- Project and partner management: manage a portfolio of partners, lead regular meetings, and use monday.com to track pipelines and deadlines.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least four years of professional experience in grant writing, grants management, fundraising consulting, nonprofit development, or education program leadership.
- External-facing experience working directly with stakeholders, organizational leaders, or external partners in a consulting, advisory, or fundraising capacity.
- K-12 education experience in charter schools, education nonprofits, or education reform organizations preferred.
- Knowledge of specific state funding landscapes (e.g., Washington, D.C., Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, New York, or Indiana) is a plus.
