Consultant for Adaptive Project Management

Core responsibilities:

• Design and deploy an Adaptive Project Management Framework for the Transformation, Strategy & Communications (TSC) team
• Provide "Project Management as a Service," including system diagnostic and selection, architecture design, roadmap migration, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and team enablement
• Serve as a fractional project leader and facilitator to ensure interdependencies across transformation initiatives are visible, integrated, and strategically aligned

This role supports Heifer International's organizational transformation toward becoming a more agile, adaptive, locally led, and globally connected organization, enhancing their ability to implement poverty alleviation programs effectively.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Qualified consultant or firm with professional background in adaptive project management
• Experience with system diagnostic and selection (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com)
• Ability to design frameworks supporting adaptive, living systems dynamics rather than rigid waterfall planning
• Experience in architecture design, roadmap migration, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and team enablement
