Consultant- Communications & Content Development, EMEA Strategic Communications Agency

About the Role

Act as a core member of the EMEA Agency team, helping shape culture, values, and identity while being accountable for delivering objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work across varied client accounts, managing delivery of strategic communications programmes spanning PR, marcomms, reputation management, and sustainability reporting.
• Take the lead on creating written content for multichannel communication with audiences including customers, investors, and employees.
• Manage media monitoring and social listening activities using tools like Meltwater to identify emerging threats and provide timely client updates.

This role helps businesses attain market advantage through communications by building evidence-based sustainability narratives that deliver market differentiation while protecting corporate reputation, contributing to ERM's ambition to become the world's most impactful sustainability communications firm.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in communications, including some in an agency setting, with experience contributing to multi-channel communications programmes.
• Experience developing content on topics related to corporate social responsibility and/or climate change, with ability to demonstrate different forms of content created.
• Experience contributing to the drafting of sustainability or impact reports, with desire to progress in sustainability reporting field.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content, plus good project management skills and collaborative mindset.
