Mission

What you will drive

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, support, and strategic account management.
  • Conduct technical analyses using APIs and large timeseries datasets to drive customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on battery storage, power markets, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to inform product development and support business development.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau); familiarity with Python and API-based tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience driving complex technical integrations end-to-end, ideally working with Engineering teams.
