Core Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive midterm evaluation of the WWF GEF Corridor Project in Ecuador, covering project design, implementation, and progress towards outcomes.
- Perform desk reviews, site visits, stakeholder interviews, and data collection to assess project effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Develop and deliver evaluation reports with evidence-based findings, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for project improvement.
- Ensure evaluation adheres to WWF and GEF guidelines, maintaining independence, transparency, and ethical standards throughout the process.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in project evaluation or related fields.
- Proven experience with evaluation methodologies and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Technical knowledge in biodiversity, land degradation, ecological connectivity, or protected area management.
- Familiarity with GEF Monitoring and Evaluation Policy and experience in social assessments or gender mainstreaming is preferred.
