Construction Technology Specialist - Solar - Remote

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and execute construction technology and engineering data workflows to support field operations and project delivery
• Apply established engineering-technology processes, produce accurate project deliverables, and support field teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support opportunities for innovation and technology adoption by executing established workflows that improve field efficiency and data reliability
• Provide hands-on technical support to construction and materials operations through preparation of engineering calculations, analyses, maps, and field-ready deliverables

This role supports solar construction projects by implementing technology solutions that improve field efficiency and data reliability, contributing to the development of renewable energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering required
• Minimum 2+ years of construction operations experience with focus on field technology applications
• Proficiency with MS Office Products and construction technology software such as HCSS, HeavyBid, ArcGIS, and Civil 3D
• Working knowledge of construction engineering technology, spatial data workflows, and data-driven analysis methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and field teams

• Base Salary Range: $83,971.00 - $125,957.00
