Construction Project Manager

• Lead safety and quality initiatives at a site level
• Develop, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontracts
• Manage costs and schedule labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors
• Communicate with owner/client about progress and conflict management

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
• Exceptional customer and client relation skills
• Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
• Contract and subcontract development and management experience
