Construction Manager US (Remote)

• Oversee and direct on-site construction projects from conception to completion under the terms of GreenGen contracts
• Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
• Work with the Project Management team to develop, communicate, manage, and execute implementation plans effectively
• Supervise inspection, testing, commissioning, and final punch-out processes in accordance with quality control plans

This role contributes to reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by overseeing construction projects that advance clients towards a net-zero carbon world, creating both financial and climate outcomes.

• Excellent communication and people skills to interact with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and professionals
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general IT competence
• Ability to manage subcontractors, oversee project schedules, and ensure work conforms to contracted specifications
