What you will drive
- Ensure all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures are followed
- Oversee construction site, contractors and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety
- Lead site planning and review meetings regarding construction activities, equipment installation and commissioning
- Review construction and installation work and methods to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings, manuals, procedures and codes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years construction and EPC industry experience
- Experience with utility scale renewable construction projects
- Must be an electrician or have electrical work experience/training (licensed electrician preferred)
- Risk assessment/management skills and strong negotiation/conflict resolution skills
