Construction Manager

• Ensure all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures are followed
• Oversee construction site, contractors and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety
• Lead site planning and review meetings regarding construction activities, equipment installation and commissioning
• Review construction and installation work and methods and ensure quality as well as work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, manuals, procedures and codes

This role contributes to improving grid operations, integrating clean energy, and creating a sustainable future by overseeing the construction of battery energy storage systems that enable widespread adoption of solar power.

• 5+ years construction and EPC industry experience
• Experience with utility scale renewable construction projects
• Must be an electrician or have electrical work experience or electrical training. Licensed electrician preferred
• Risk assessment / management skills
• Solid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written and visual)
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proven experience in execution and delivery of construction projects
