Mission
What you will drive
- Facilitate communication between operations and engineering partners to address engineering concerns and provide solutions during construction and warranty periods
- Support EPC operations by managing RFIs, ensuring contract compliance, and implementing autonomous pile driving systems for solar projects
- Develop and lead project-specific training for teams on GPS-enabled pile drivers and drone technology for construction monitoring
- Assist warranty teams with responsibility confirmation for manufacturer failures, design issues, and installation errors

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 1-5 years of construction/engineering experience preferred with field experience as an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with exposure to CAD/GIS and ability to read project drawings and specifications
- Excellent written communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams
