Mission
What you will drive
- Assess and record the condition of all standard housing components such as foundations, windows and doors, roofs, attics, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, etc.
- Provide detailed recommendations on home maintenance needs and repairs to support housing asset management planning at a community level.
- Estimate the cost of recommended housing component repairs and replacements.
- Collaborate with customers’ housing management staff to create customized housing improvement strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, relevant trade, or equivalent work experience is required.
- A thorough understanding of residential construction best practices and building science principles is required.
- 2-3 years of direct experience in residential construction or construction management is required.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and the ability to quickly learn how to use a variety of software is required.
