Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the Conservation portfolio including Lands & Nature, Waterways & Watersheds, Oceans & Coasts, Climate & Energy, and Community Engagement.
- Translate organizational priorities into high-impact programs that strengthen Latino leadership and advance community-driven conservation solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day program implementation, grant management, budgets, and staff to ensure effective execution and long-term sustainability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree in environmental science, conservation, or related field preferred.
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience managing conservation or environmental programs.
- At least three years of experience supervising and developing professional staff.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, grant-funded programs with multiple funding sources and multi-million-dollar budgets.
