About This Role

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the voice of Le Fourgon, assisting customers via chat, messaging, and phone, and supporting our delivery drivers. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making you a key player in our zero-waste mission.

💡 A Day in the Life

Start your day by checking messages and chats from overnight customers, then handle a mix of inbound calls and live chat inquiries. Midday, you might assist a driver with a delivery issue via phone, and end the day by resolving any pending customer tickets and updating internal notes.
