Mission
What you will drive
The Congressional Accountability Program Director will:
- Organize and support partner organizing of earned media events and local gatherings where citizens can learn about critical policy issues and immediately take meaningful action
- Develop and distribute accessible educational materials about congressional decisions and their impacts
- Support the recruitment and training of constituent content creators for authentic social media amplification
- Work with local, state, and national organizations to support accountability campaigns in +/- 40 districts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications include:
- Minimum 10-12 years in political and community organizing with demonstrated success in competitive districts
- Experience managing distributed teams and volunteer networks
- Track record of successful community engagement and coalition building
- Proficiency with organizing tools (VAN, relational organizing tools, MailChimp, social media platforms)
- Knowledge of voter file analysis and targeting methodologies
- Familiarity with digital organizing and online engagement strategies
- Event planning and logistics management experience
Benefits
