What you will drive

  • Maintain proactive compliance capability through periodic review of systems, policies, and guidelines
  • Continuously improve process design and controls by embedding compliance early in operational processes
  • Handle reporting and regulator engagement, including preparing regulatory reports and managing complaint escalations
  • Provide structured support for Operations by building training, SOPs, tools, and dashboards

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3+ years experience in compliance or operations within energy, finance, or telecommunications sectors
  • Understanding of regulatory framework for electricity retailers or ability to quickly learn
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to dive into detailed operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and persistence in fast-paced environments
