Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and aerospace regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and workplace conflicts, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports.
- Author, update, and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards, and deliver compliance training.
- Serve as a trusted advisor between Legal, HR, and executive management on compliance matters.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 3โ5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, HR, or legal investigations with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience conducting interviews and writing investigative reports.
