Compliance Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Facilitate and monitor subscriber compliance reporting requirements, including tracking deadlines, to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission across utilities, markets, and program administrators.
• Manage the intake, review, and tracking of required disclosure, collateral, and subscription agreement documentation for subscribers and subscriber organizations.
• Support DTC compliance workflows including issue tracking, coordination, and resolution with utilities, subscriber organizations, and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs, standardized compliance checklists, and templates for subscriber compliance workflows.

This role plays an important part in protecting program integrity and supporting the delivery of benefits to the communities we serve by ensuring compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Policy, Business, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing and reconciling data or documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
