Mission
What you will drive
- Ensure the company complies with its governing documents, company law, and other relevant regulations.
- Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and ensure effective board processes.
- Provide a vital link between the business, its Board of Directors, applicable regulatory authorities and functional stakeholders.
- Supervise, manage and develop the team required to build and deliver sustainable and efficient company secretarial system and practices for the Jera Nex bp legal entities across the globe.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Chartered Secretary, lawyer or chartered accountant or equivalent professional qualification. Professional qualifications such as CGI/ICSA are highly desirable.
- Experience in a multi-national organisation Company Secretary environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex/matrixed multi-national organization.
- Ability to build credible and effective relationships, be seen as a trusted business partner, maintaining respect and pragmatism in dealings with all stakeholders across functions and geographies.
