Community Sales Manager

• Actively participate in meeting or exceeding the sales targets and goals as specified in the Business Plan
• Register all prospects and prospect records in the CRM system immediately and complete required follow-up
• Develop and implement a lead generation plan and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads
• Welcome/greet all prospects, deliver personalized presentations, and provide product and company information to customers

This role contributes to Brookfield's real estate operations by driving sales and building customer relationships, supporting the company's position as one of the world's largest real estate investors with a global portfolio of iconic properties.

• High school diploma, with a minimum 4 years' experience in sales
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related area preferred
• Outstanding sales and customer service record; New home or residential home sales experience is preferred
• Proficient computer knowledge and exceptional time-management and organizational skills

• Competitive compensation with annual base salary: $36,000
