Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead high-touch onboarding programs for Charlie Cart's network of 700+ sites, acting as the primary face of the organization for educators.
  • Build site network engagement through oversight of an online community and quarterly zoom chats, fostering inter-site learning and connection.
  • Develop and lead the Charlie Cart Champion program, identifying strong educators for training, conferences, or media opportunities.
  • Execute, analyze, and report on the Annual Member Survey and other feedback collection to drive program improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 5 years of experience in program coordination or program management preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building food education programs for kids and/or adults.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Facility with technical systems including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Mailchimp; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
