What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of the community and ecosystem by driving outreach and sales strategy to fill the house, owning membership revenue targets and KPIs
- Manage the selection process to curate a vibrant community with a powerful mix of profiles from early-stage tech founders to seasoned investors
- Own the member journey from onboarding to designing support systems, and manage community KPIs such as NPS
- Establish and nurture key relationships in the Dutch ecosystem, acting as a connector between founders and mentors, advisors, and subject matter experts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or community building
- Experience from the Dutch tech and startup ecosystem is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with Dutch considered a strong plus
- Genuine excitement about the tech and impact space, with a passion for interacting with founders and building support systems
