What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and retain relationships with partners, especially in the Chicago and Midwest area
  • Support outreach and retention efforts through community engagement events and credit building workshops
  • Implement Working Credit's place-based approach and maintain consistent communications with partners
  • Support data entry and record keeping to ensure accurate documentation of partnerships and activities

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in community engagement/relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation/public speaking abilities
  • Experience working remotely and independently with colleagues
  • Supervisor experience and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Cultural responsiveness and commitment to interrupting structural racism
