What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Cultivate and retain relationships with partners, especially in the Chicago and Midwest area
- Support outreach and retention efforts through community engagement events and credit building workshops
- Implement Working Credit's place-based approach and maintain consistent communications with partners
- Support data entry and record keeping to ensure accurate documentation of partnerships and activities

Required skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement/relationship management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation/public speaking abilities
- Experience working remotely and independently with colleagues
- Supervisor experience and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Cultural responsiveness and commitment to interrupting structural racism
