Community Engagement Manager, Los Angeles

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with communities served across Los Angeles.
• Organize and facilitate public meetings, roundtables, and community events to gather feedback, foster dialogue, and educate riders.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact for public inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to develop culturally sensitive communication materials and represent Lime at public events.

This role helps build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by fostering community relationships and ensuring micromobility services are integrated equitably and sustainably in Los Angeles.

• At least two years of related experience in community engagement, government affairs, public policy, campaigns, or communications within the Los Angeles area.
• Minimum of two years working directly with any level of government.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Availability to travel around Los Angeles and other Southwest markets, and for regular events on evenings and weekends.
