Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead engagement and commercial negotiations with First Nations partners, municipalities, RCMs, and counties in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and other provinces across Canada
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies for projects in Quebec and other Canadian provinces
  • Collaborate with legal and financial specialists on partnership agreements and other material commercial agreements relevant to Pattern’s renewable energy projects in Canada
  • Support project development process in areas of external affairs, permitting, government relations, and community engagement

What makes you a great fit

  • Based in Quebec, ideally Montreal
  • Bilingual French/English (speaking and writing) - required
  • Experience in Quebec's renewable energy industry - required
  • Experience working with First Nations communities and municipal governments - required
  • Partnership and complex commercial agreement negotiation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, political science, or related field
