Mission
What you will drive
- Lead engagement and commercial negotiations with First Nations partners, municipalities, RCMs, and counties in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and other provinces across Canada
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies for projects in Quebec and other Canadian provinces
- Collaborate with legal and financial specialists on partnership agreements and other material commercial agreements relevant to Pattern’s renewable energy projects in Canada
- Support project development process in areas of external affairs, permitting, government relations, and community engagement

What makes you a great fit
- Based in Quebec, ideally Montreal
- Bilingual French/English (speaking and writing) - required
- Experience in Quebec's renewable energy industry - required
- Experience working with First Nations communities and municipal governments - required
- Partnership and complex commercial agreement negotiation experience
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, political science, or related field
