Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Responds to questions from the community regarding AIM at Melanoma's content and educational events
  • Distributes educational resources to medical offices throughout the U.S. and maintains specialist listings from AIM's website
  • Assists with logistical details of the foundation's annual professional meetings and coordinates volunteers for community events
  • Enters volunteer and shareholder contact information into Salesforce database and assists with data collection for patient and sun safety educational events

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse community members
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with customer service software (Sales Force preferred)
  • Experience in event planning and community outreach, with leadership experience in volunteer or paid roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity; Bachelor's degree preferred
