Community-Driven Systems Change (CDSC) Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Translate regional intelligence into coherent global positioning
• Elevate ITPC's influence across financing, policy and advocacy spaces
• Build systems change architecture that strengthens existing portfolios
• Coordinate and strengthen ITPC's Global Activist Network (GAN), including regional networks

This role strengthens how community priorities and intelligence shape global health policy, financing and accountability, ensuring community voice is structurally embedded within ITPC's work to drive health systems change.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong political intelligence and systems fluency
• Understanding of how power, policy and financing intersect
• Ability to navigate coalitions with maturity and discipline
• Comfort designing architecture and enabling others to lead
• Ability to step into enterprise-level global advocacy and leadership
