  • Support volunteer program operations and community engagement of Women Techmakers into the Technovation ecosystem
  • Develop engaging professional development content and events for community members
  • Build an ecosystem of support for volunteer and alumnae programming
  • Manage Women Techmakers integration, communications, event planning, and volunteer engagement

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, community engagement, and event management
  • 2+ years of experience working with volunteers and students in a nonprofit or education setting
  • Exceptional program management skills and passion for community building
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, information management, community development, adult learning, education, or similar field (preferred)
