What you will drive

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the company's Community Benefits framework worth over £100m over the next five years by assisting key business leads to identify and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement robust processes to embed the Community Benefits framework into the business, bringing consistency of approach across business areas in respect of community engagement
  • Manage data and reporting to ensure impact can be measured, and be responsible for stakeholder communications including newsletters, e-bulletins and relevant webpages
  • Support development and delivery of public information campaigns to improve recognition, understanding and reputation of the company and understanding of Community Benefits

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience within Marketing or Communications, ideally within a regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of the UK utilities market, stakeholder mapping and two-way communications strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
