Communications Senior Associate / Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Execute IAPS's communications strategy to build brand, narrative, and media presence in the AI policy space
• Manage core communications channels including social media, newsletter, and editorial calendar
• Draft high-quality content such as press releases and pitch IAPS research to policy publications
• Build relationships with journalists and media contacts to increase IAPS's visibility
• Produce collateral for policy events and report launches while tracking analytics to demonstrate impact

This role creates positive change by increasing IAPS's visibility and influence in the AI policy space, helping shape effective policies for artificial intelligence through strategic communications and media engagement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience executing communications strategies and building brand presence
