Communications Senior Associate

• Produce social listening reports at the start of clean energy campaigns to assess public sentiment and shape messaging.
• Create communications materials such as talking points, fact sheets, op-eds, and social media content for campaigns.
• Develop volunteer guides and organization-wide messaging materials through research and drafting.

This role directly supports the clean energy transition by empowering local communities to win permitting approvals for clean energy projects, advancing renewable energy and combating climate change.

• 1+ years of experience developing content and/or messaging on deadline.
• Strong research and written communications skills.
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.
• Experience in social media analysis and news monitoring is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000-$85,000 annually. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, monthly technology stipend, and retirement contributions through 401k and Roth plans.
