Communications, Reporting and Performance Management Specialist

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Develop clear, engaging written products including executive summaries, presentations, briefs, success stories, project profiles, and thought-leadership content.
• Prepare structured internal and client-facing reports and project deliverables that summarize activity progress, technical milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage light-touch performance tracking in support of the project’s monitoring and evaluation approach, focusing on milestones, outputs, and results.
• Coordinate closely with technical, commercial, and management teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and consistency across communications products and project deliverables.

This role supports global infrastructure and investment activities focused on accelerating project development and mobilizing private capital, helping to demonstrate progress, value, and impact of infrastructure projects that can drive economic development.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Creative and strategic communications skills with ability to translate complex project information into compelling narratives.
