Communications, PR and Marketing Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead communications and marketing strategy for a national borrowing infrastructure
• Deliver behavior-change campaigns and manage digital channels
• Shape PR narratives and build media relationships
• Support national pilots and partnerships to grow the borrowing movement

This role creates positive change by growing a national movement for sharing, sustainability and fairness across Wales, helping people save money, reduce waste, and access what they need through borrowing infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

• Fluent Welsh-speaking ability (bilingual Welsh/English communication)
• Experience producing high-quality content and leading national campaigns
• Confidence building media relationships and testing ideas in fast-moving environments
• Proactive attitude with understanding of Wales' cultural landscape

Compensation and perks:

• Salary: £34,271 actual + 3% pension
