Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as in-house strategic communications advisor to leadership and establish the organization's brand and reputation with partners, the Hill, and media
- Spearhead communications strategies across traditional and digital platforms to support and amplify the organization's research and advocacy programs
- Lead communications strategy and efforts for Court Accountability's work on the Hill, including liaising with congressional staff and developing press plans
- Maintain proactive media relationships, conduct outreach to press and influencers, and generate coverage of the organization's work

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including staff management and on-the-record experience
- Experience leading communications, including digital communications, for political and/or advocacy organizations
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong familiarity with legacy and new media and digital media platforms
- Experience coordinating and leading projects across multiple teams and with multiple internal and external stakeholders
