Core responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and campaigns
- Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand voice and visual identity
- Track and analyze digital performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years focused on integrated/digital marketing for non-profit or social organizations
- Proficiency in CMS (WordPress) and project management tools (Asana/ClickUp)
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English with understanding of representation and inclusivity
Benefits
