What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement MarAlliance's global communications strategy and support region-specific communications approaches
  • Translate marine science, field research, and conservation outcomes into engaging, accurate donor-centered narratives
  • Manage digital communications platforms including website, social media, and email systems with performance tracking
  • Design and oversee production of digital and printed materials while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating digital communications and content production
  • Excellent writing, editing, and copyediting skills with ability to communicate scientific information clearly
  • CRM management experience (Salesforce), SEO-optimized content production, and design skills (Canva required)
  • Strong interest and commitment to marine conservation and experience working in multicultural environments
