The Smile Outreach seeks a dynamic and strategic Communications Manager to lead our communications function and amplify our mission across Africa. This role will own the organization’s digital presence, content strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement. The Communications Manager will establish and coordinate a team of communications volunteers to implement the annual communications plan, ensuring consistent and high-impact storytelling that advances adolescent health, women's empowerment, and youth leadership.
