What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of The ImPact's communications strategy
- Lead planning and production of core member-facing communications (e.g., newsletters, member portal, website content)
- Design and manage internal communications workflows and project management across time zones
- Provide support on external-facing communications and coordinate with external partners as needed

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content development (ideally in investing or philanthropic context)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides for creating visually appealing presentations
- Experience working cross-functionally in small or growing organizations with strong judgment and attention to detail
