Communications Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Own Talos Network's voice and shape how the organization presents itself to fellows, partners, funders, and the AI governance community
• Develop and maintain the communications strategy, defining narrative, audiences, and channel strategy
• Create high-quality content including website copy, policy briefings, news updates, and social media posts
• Manage day-to-day communications across channels and own the alumni newsletter

This role creates positive change by shaping how Talos Network communicates with key stakeholders in the AI governance community, helping to advance European AI governance and safety through effective messaging and content.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in communications strategy development and implementation
• Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (website copy, policy briefings, news updates, social media)
• Ability to manage day-to-day communications across various channels
• Experience with newsletter management and audience engagement
