What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the Communications team in monitoring media developments, understanding journalist and peer landscapes
- Monitor media sources (newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media, blogs) for opportunities
- Conduct strategic analysis of media coverage for CEEW and peers monthly, design high-impact collaterals for events and social media
- Maintain media databases, create new databases, proofread and edit key documents

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in development communications, journalism, PR or related disciplines
- 0-1 year experience in public relations, media outreach, and strategic coverage analysis
- Prior experience in creative writing/copywriting, editing, designing, secondary research and coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and reasonable grasp of Hindi
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple timelines
