Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop, propose, and execute a digital communications and small-donor fundraising strategy in support of Democratism's proposal and effort
- Build and grow an email list as the primary engine for small-donor fundraising, including developing acquisition approaches and determining email cadence
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish ongoing digital communications via email and social media to engage supporters and advance fundraising
- Define, track, and report on activity and performance metrics to assess progress and refine strategy

Required qualifications:
- Experience with digital communications and/or small-donor fundraising involving email, social media, or other digital engagement channels
- Demonstrated ability to form and execute a plan, including defining goals, setting priorities, and carrying work through from strategy to implementation
- Strong written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and responsibly to a broad audience
- Experience working with metrics (engagement, list growth, donations) to assess performance and refine approach
