Communications & Digital Fundraising Lead (Part-Time)

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, propose, and execute a digital communications and small-donor fundraising strategy in support of Democratism's proposal and effort
• Build and grow an email list as the primary engine for small-donor fundraising, including developing acquisition approaches and determining email cadence
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish ongoing digital communications via email and social media to engage supporters and advance fundraising
• Define, track, and report on activity and performance metrics to assess progress and refine strategy

This role helps stop the authoritarian takeover and restore constitutional democracy in the United States through building a digital communications and fundraising operation that supports state and local action.

Required qualifications:

• Experience with digital communications and/or small-donor fundraising involving email, social media, or other digital engagement channels
• Demonstrated ability to form and execute a plan, including defining goals, setting priorities, and carrying work through from strategy to implementation
• Strong written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and responsibly to a broad audience
• Experience working with metrics (engagement, list growth, donations) to assess performance and refine approach

Part-time position (20 hours per week), remote work arrangement. No salary or additional benefits mentioned in the posting.
