Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage all strategic communications for an 18-month EU-funded project on supporting inclusive dialogue and peacebuilding in Türkiye
  • Develop and operationalize a comprehensive communications strategy in line with project proposal and donor requirements
  • Lead external communication throughout project lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and strong public visibility
  • Produce ongoing content, manage digital platforms, coordinate media engagements, and provide regular communications performance analytics

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years' experience in a mid-level communications role for NGOs
  • Additional 2+ years' experience working as an independent consultant
  • Strong knowledge of EU communications guidelines and experience working on EU projects
  • Experience working in peace building, conflict resolution, or related fields (desirable)
  • Turkish language skills (a plus)
