Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage all strategic communications for an 18-month EU-funded project on supporting inclusive dialogue and peacebuilding in Türkiye
- Develop and operationalize a comprehensive communications strategy in line with project proposal and donor requirements
- Lead external communication throughout project lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and strong public visibility
- Produce ongoing content, manage digital platforms, coordinate media engagements, and provide regular communications performance analytics

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 5+ years' experience in a mid-level communications role for NGOs
- Additional 2+ years' experience working as an independent consultant
- Strong knowledge of EU communications guidelines and experience working on EU projects
- Experience working in peace building, conflict resolution, or related fields (desirable)
- Turkish language skills (a plus)
