Communications Associate/Communications Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Co-design and implement communications strategy and campaigns across 2 states for the rooftop solar project
• Lead/co-lead conceptualization, content and design of all collateral including websites and dashboards
• Identify and engage with external vendors, partners, influencers, agencies and collaborate with outreach team
• Lead/co-lead events process to execute dialogues, roundtable discussions, webinars under the project

This role accelerates rooftop solar deployment by building consumer awareness and overcoming biases, bringing sustainability from the margins to the mainstream through innovative communications campaigns.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Preferably Master's/Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields
• 1-6 years of work experience with proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders
• Exceptional project management skills and excellent writing/communication skills
• Creative thinker with demonstrated success implementing out-of-the-box content ideas
