Communications Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead designer for internal and external visual materials, including social media graphics, digital reports, presentations, and event collateral
• Draft and schedule social media content, manage routine website updates, and build email campaigns and newsletters
• Track key metrics across social media, email, and website platforms and provide monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights
• Help maintain an organized digital asset library, assist with coordinating vendors, and use project management tools to stay on track with deadlines

This role contributes to protecting migrant rights by ensuring Justice in Motion's work is shared with external constituents in a meaningful way, driving more interest to migration issues and supporting the organization's annual fundraising goals.

Required qualifications:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in communications, graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields
• Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for both spoken and written communication
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience managing social media platforms with understanding of best practices, trends, and analytics
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems

Salary range: $56,850-$62,650 depending on experience. Benefits include:
