Mission
What you will drive
- Lead ECC's communications and marketing activities across digital, print, and media platforms, including managing websites, social media, newsletters, and creating content that highlights organizational impact.
- Support fundraising and development strategy by conducting prospect research, assisting with grant proposals, sponsorship packages, donor communications, and maintaining CRM records.
- Support stakeholder engagement by planning and executing events, workshops, and webinars, and representing ECC at community and industry events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, nonprofit management, sustainability, public policy, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in communications, marketing, development, fundraising, or nonprofit management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and marketing materials; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
