Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of major communication campaigns, including flagship events like Education & Skills Days, EIT Awards, and Water launch
  • Provide administrative, logistical and coordination support to the Communication Section, including liaising with the Publications Office on graphic and publication deliverables
  • Strengthen the visibility of EIT communication activities within the European Commission and monitor communication opportunities
  • Draft news items and updates for the EIT website and social media channels, and design visual materials for various communication assets

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in communications or related discipline (four years if university studies were less than four years)
  • Excellent command of English language (at least C1 Level based on Common Framework of Reference Languages)
  • Computer literacy with excellent use of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • University degree corresponding to at least three years of completed studies
