Commissions & Payroll Accountant

• Oversee all payroll functions including salary payments, commissions calculations, and bonus payments.
• Calculate commissions payouts on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with approved compensation plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.
• Prepare accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and facilitate audits.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 2+ years in payroll, commissions, or accounting operations.
• Payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state and global environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
