About the Role

The Commissioning Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for various projects, including detailed test scripts and protocols.
• Lead and supervise commissioning teams, providing technical guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, construction personnel, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of systems and smooth transitions from construction to operation.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and deficiencies during commissioning, working collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to implement effective solutions.

This role contributes to the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers, and e-mobility by ensuring systems and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant discipline).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in commissioning roles within complex industrial environments (e.g., power generation, infrastructure, manufacturing, rail, energy solutions).
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary commissioning teams and large-scale projects.
• Understanding of various industrial systems, control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), and instrumentation.
